The AECOVI Wine Tourism programme is characterized by its great flexibility. We organize customized wine tours that highlight vineyards and wine with exclusive personalized services that guarantee a completely flexible programme adapted to each group’s preferences.
Our proposals always include a guide specialized in oenology and agronomy. Gastronomy can be added, with wine and food pairings exploring the latest trends in cuisine or traditional vineyard fare.
This is possible thanks to AECOVI’s ample experience in the Jerez region, with over 1,200 winegrowers as members, four cooperatives, and a team of oenologists and agronomists.

Wine Tasting and other activities |
We hold Wine Tastings and customized Activities Related to Vineyards throughout the year:
- Introduction to Wine Tasting: for newcomers to the world of wine.
- Specialized Wine Tastings: Wines from Xerez, white wines, red wines, etc.
- Wine Tasting and Food and Wine Pairing: at the AECOVI building and/or at hotels and restaurants.
- Customized group activities. Didactic Wine Tasting, traditional vineyard cuisine, “food and wine pairing” with the latest trends in food, and everything else that brings wine and food together.
